Plots in the community are available in 3 sizes i.e. 358, 502 and 1004 square yards.
Old First Prices
Basic Sale Price (BSP) : Rs. 12500/- per sq. yard
Preferential Location Charges (PLC) : 5% of BSP for each PLC
External Development Charges (EDC) : Rs. 1750 per sq. yard
Interest Free Maintenance Deposit : Rs. 100/- per sq.yard
Club Membership Registration Charges (Mandatory) : Rs. 60,000/-
2nd Launch Price
Basic Sale Price (BSP) : Rs. 14800/- per sq. yard
Preferential Location Charges (PLC) : 5% of BSP for each PLC
External Development Charges (EDC) : Rs. 1750 per sq. yard
Interest Free Maintenance Deposit : Rs. 100/- per sq.yard
Club Membership Registration Charges (Mandatory) : Rs. 60,000/-
*Prices mentioned above are escalation free.
*The Company would pay to the Allottee(s) Rs.50/- per sq. yard per month of Area of the plot for any delay in offering possession of the plot beyond the period of 36 months from the date of execution of the agreement to sell. Similarly, the allottee(s) would also be liable to pay holding charges @ Rs. 50/- per sq. yard per month of Area of the Plot if the allottee(s) fails to take possession of the plot within 21 days from the date of issuance of possession letter or fails to clear his final dues within 30 days of issuance of final notice of possession.
*The Maintenance Charges @ Rs. 1.50/- per sq. yard (indicative / approx.) per month of Area of the plot for a period of three years, shall be payable in advance before the Possession of the Plot is handed over to the Allottee(s).
*The above Prices/Payment Plans are subject to revision/withdrawal at any time without notice at the sole discretion of the Company.
PLC- Park facing/adjacent/rear to plot, Corner plot, plot facing or rear to road of 18 meter or more.

Old Payment Schedule for phase-1 & 2 is as given below:

BSP : Basic Sale Price EDC= External Development Charges
PLC : Preferential Location Charges CMRC= Club Membership and registration

Other Charges include Interest Free Maintenance Deposit, Common Maintenance Charges, etc.
Note: These plots has been sold by company around 2 Years back @ 12500/- Per Sq Yards. Now these are available on secondary sale @ Rs.5000 to 10000 Extra Price ( Extra Price depends on Location of plot location ,size ,facing etc)
The Transfer charges @ 100 per sq. yards will be born by purchaser at the time of transfer of plot in his name.
Company has taken approx payments 95% of basic + 100% EDC+100% PLC ( if any )+Club Membership Charges. Balance payments need to be paid in four quarterly installments.
